对少数民族地区农村实用人才队伍建设的几点思考——以延边朝鲜族自治州为例 被引量:1

摘要 建设社会主义新农村,离不开一支高素质的农村实用人才队伍,但是目前在少数民族地区的农村实用人才队伍建设中仍然存在着农村实用人才总量不足、素质不高和年龄老化等问题。因此,要解决这些问题,一要转变观念,树立实用人才是农村第一资源的理念;二要深化改革,制定农村实用人才成长的激励政策;三要加强培训,提高农村实用人才实际操作的技能。 New socialist countryside cannot be successfully built without a team of high-quality and practical talents.In China's minority areas at present,however,the team of talents still lacks required quality and is facing the problem of aging as well.More practical talents are demanded urgently.In order to solve these problems,measures should be taken as follows: the idea of regarding talents as the prior source must be popularized;incentives policies for the growth of talents should be made accordingly;job-specific training must be strengthened so as to promote their abilities in practical operations.
