摘要
在对生物聚合铁絮凝性能研究的基础上,用半透膜法以自制生物聚合铁为原料制备了纳米Fe3O4,考察其与生物聚合铁联合去除水中浊度的性能,并对其絮凝机理进行初步探讨。结果表明:纳米Fe3O4可以强化生物聚合铁的絮凝效果并有助于加速矾花沉降,联合处理低温低浊水取得了较好的效果,生物聚合铁的最佳投药量为0.4mL/L,纳米Fe3O4的最佳投药质量浓度为2.4 mg/L。
Based on the study of flocculation performance of bio-polymeric ferric sulfate(BPFS),nano-Fe3O4 is prepared from BPFS by using semi-permeable membrane method,then use it to remove turbidity from wastewater combined with BPFS,the flocculation effect is investigated and the mechanism of flocculation is studied.The results show that nano-Fe3O4 can improve the flocculation effect of BPFS and is helpful to accelerate the separation of solid and liquid,the satisfying effect is achieved in treating low temperature and low turbidity wastewater,the optimum addition dosage of BPFS and nano-Fe3O4 is respectively 0.4 mL/L and 2.4 mg/L.
