摘要 使用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD),扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)对锂电池用电解铜箔微观结构做分析,对来料、冷压、充放电循环后的变化,分析择优取向,计算内应力。 The micro structure of electrolytic copper foil were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The change of texture and force of incoming raw material,cold pressed material,charging and discharging material was researched.
