摘要
从月腺大戟 Ｅｕｐｈｏｒｂｉａ ｅｂｒａｃｔｅｏｌａｔａ Ｈａｙａｔａ的干燥根中又分得５个化合物。根据理化数据和光谱分析，鉴定为：β－谷甾醇（Ⅰ）、３－呋喃甲酸（Ⅱ）、正二十四烷酸（Ⅲ）、胡萝卜苷（Ⅳ）、５－（３’，５’－二羟基）苯甲酸氧基 ２－吡咯甲酰葡萄糖苷（Ｖ）。其中化合物 Ｖ为新化合物，命名为月腺大戟苷 Ａ（ｅ－ｂｒａｃｔｅｏｌａｔｉｎｏｓｉｄｅ Ａ）。
Five compounds were isolated from the root of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata. Base upon physico-chemical properties and spectral data, they were identified as β－sitosterol (Ⅰ),β－furancarboxylic acid (Ⅱ), n-tetracosanoic acid (Ⅲ), daucosterol (Ⅳ), 5-(3'5'-dihydroxy benzoyl) pyrrole-2-carbonyl-β-glu- copyranoside (V). V is a new compound tentatively named as ebracteolatinoside A.
