摘要
针对局域均值分解(LMD)方法中滑动平滑获取局部平均函数和包络函数误差较大、跨度选取不合适导致信号无法收敛等缺点,提出采用线性插值LMD的方法。在齿面磨损故障信号诊断过程中对比分析了LMD方法、三次样条LMD方法和线性插值LMD方法的优缺点。实例分析表明,线性插值的LMD方法可以有效应用于齿轮故障诊断。
In local mean decomposition(LMD) method,bigger error exists in obtaining local mean function and envelop function,and improper selection of span leads the signal not converged,thus the linear interpolation LMD method is put forward.The merits and demerits of three of the methods,i.e.,LMD,cubic spline LMD and linear interpolation LMD,are compared in diagnosis process of fault signals of surface wear of the gear.The examples of analysis show that the linear interpolation LMD can effectively applied to gear fault diagnosis.
