摘要
探讨地黄炮制品成分的分析方法,为其质量控制提供参考。总结近年来有关地黄炮制品成分分析方法的文献,并对分析方法加以评述。地黄所采用的分析方法有薄层色谱法及薄层扫描法、高效液相色谱法、毛细管区带电泳法、分光光度比色法、斐林试剂法、原子分光光度法、ICP-MS法等。分析结果表明地黄所含成分的含量在炮制过程中发生不同程度的改变。这些方法对地黄的质量控制有着重要意义,并为地黄不同炮制品药理活性和功用不同提供了依据。
To investigate modern analytical technologies used in Rehmannia root processed with different technicsandprovide useful references for its quality control.The documents about analytical technologies used in Rehmannia root are summarized and evaluated.The analytical technologies employed include TLCS,HPLC,capillary electrophoresis,spectrophotometer,Fehling reagent,atomic spectrophotometry,ICP-MS,etc.These analyses show that the chemical components of Rehmannia root have changed during the processing.These analytical technologies have great significance for its quality control and have provided evidence for the argument that Rehmannia roots Processed with different technics have different pharmacological effects.
