摘要
目的:建立桔梗中去芹糖桔梗皂苷E和桔梗皂苷E的含量测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈?水(45∶55)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温为25℃,以外标法检测。结果:去芹糖桔梗皂苷E与桔梗皂苷E的线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为97.2%和99.4%,RSD分别为0.56%和1.2%。结论:本方法可用于桔梗药材中去芹糖桔梗皂苷E与桔梗皂苷E的定量分析。
Objective:To establish a method for the quantification of deapio-platycodin E and platycodin E in Platycodi Radix by HPLC.Methods: The Hypersil ODS2 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(45∶55) at 25 ℃;The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results: The method had good linear,relationship and the average recoveries(n=6) were 97.2%(RSD =0.56%) for deapio-platycodin E and 99.4%(RSD=1.2%) for platycodin E.Conclusion: This method is convenient,accurate and reliable for the quantification of deapio-platycodin E and platycodin E in Platycodi Radix.
