基于SPR技术的农产品物流安全管理的研究

摘要 随着农产品质量安全事件频繁爆发、国际农产品贸易屡屡受阻,不仅影响到我国的国际声誉、政府形象,对农产品行业在国际贸易中的竞争力构成威胁,直接损害农产品供给主体的经济利益,而且威胁到消费者的身体健康和生命安全,并造成公众的消费的心理恐慌。将SPR技术应用于农产品物流安全管理中,设计出一种光学SPR生物分析仪,对农产品中残留的农、兽药进行检测,最后通过对实验数据的分析,展望了SPR技术在进行农产品物流安全管理中的应用前景。 With the frequent outbreaks of agricultural product quality and safety incidents and the frequent hamper of the international agricultural trade,the agricultural product safety not only affect China's international reputation,image of the government,pose a threat to the competitiveness of agricultural products industry in the international trade,directly do harm to the economic interests of the main supply of agricultural products,but also threat to consumers' health and safety and cause psychological fear of public consumption.SPR technology was adopted in the security management of agricultural product logistics,and an optical SPR bio-analyzer was designed,which can test the pesticides and veterinary agricultural remained in agricultural products.Finally,through processing and analyzing the data obtained from experiment,the application foreground of optical SPR technology in detecting agricultural products logistics was forecasted.
