摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对分娩期产妇疼痛,生理、心理舒适度的影响。方法将800例产妇随机分为实验组(n=400)与对照组(n=400),实验组给予产科常规护理加分娩全程舒适护理,对照组仅给予产科常规护理。比较2组产妇对环境、心理、生理舒适、整体护理的满意度;比较2组产妇对疼痛耐受性、自然顺产率、产后出血率、产后乳汁不足的发生率的影响。结果实验组产妇对环境、生理、心理、整体护理的满意度、疼痛耐受性、自然顺产率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而产后出血率、乳汁不足发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理能减轻分娩期的疼痛,降低产后出血、乳汁不足并发症发生率,提高顺产率与产妇心理、生理舒适度。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on the pain,physiological,psychological comfort index of the maternal in stages of labor.Methods Eight hundred cases were randomly divided into the test group（n= 400） and the control group（n= 400）,the test group was given the maternity conventional and thorough childbirth comfortable nursing,control group was only given maternity conventional nursing.The environment,physiological,psychological comfort index,holistic nursing satisfaction,pain tolerance,natural labor rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,insufficient incidence of milk of two groups were compared.Results The environment,physiological,psychological comfort index,holistic nursing satisfaction,pain tolerance,natural labor rate of test group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 0.01）,and postpartum hemorrhage rate,insufficient incidence of breast milk were lower than those in control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can relieve the pain in stages of labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage rate and insufficient breast milk complications,raise natural labor rate and improve the physiological,psychological comfort index of maternity patient.
