摘要
城乡一体化是社会生产力发展的必然规律,是世界城市化发展的必经过程。在实地调研的基础上,基于"宅基地换房"视角深入分析天津市城乡一体化发展的路径、内涵和瓶颈,并提出完善天津模式的政策建议。
The integration of urban and rural areas is both an inexorable law of the development of social productivity and the process of the development of urbanization.Based on on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the path,meaning and bottleneck of the development of urban-rural integration of Tianjin from the perspective of exchange between house site and house.Moreover,it puts forward some suggestions about how to perfect ＂Tianjin Mode＂.
