摘要
利用影像学技术进行多层螺旋CT灌注成像可测量局部组织血流灌注,了解其血流动力学及功能变化,对临床诊断及治疗均有重要参考价值。复习多层螺旋CT成像方面的文献,就CT灌注成像的临床应用和前景,特别是体部实质性器官的CT灌注成像的临床应用予以综述。
To survey tissue perfusion and to get the message of blood dynamics and function change by Multi-slice helical CT perfusion imaging have important referenced value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.We review the literature of multi-slice CT imaging and summarize the clinical exertment and prospect of CT perfusion imaging,specially for the body solid organ.
