摘要
目的探讨纱布填塞宫腔用于剖宫产手术止血效果。方法选择本院1999年11月～2009年11月因剖宫产术中发生大出血,行纱布条填塞宫腔149例,分析术中止血效果。结果149例行纱布填塞宫腔后出血均得到控制,取出纱布条后无1例继续出血,术后病率占15.1%(21/149),术后3～7 d体温均恢复正常,纱布条宫底端细菌培养均为阴性,无产褥感染发生。腹壁切口及子宫切口愈合好,无盆腔炎症发生。结论纱布填塞宫腔止血在剖宫产术中应用效果良好,其方法简单适用,手术创伤小,预后好,无远期并发症,并保留了生育功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the hemostatic effect of intrauterine gauze packing for women undertaking Cesarean section. Methods All patients with uterine cavity line gauze packing because of severe bleeding during Cesarean section from 1999 to 2009 were included. Hemostatic effect was reviewed. Results Uterine bleeding was satisfactorily controlled after a routine gauze packing in all 149 case. No case continued to bleed after removing the gauze. Postoperative morbidity was noted in 21 cases, and body temperature returned to normal after 3 - 7 days. No puerperal infection occurred. Abdominal incision and uter ine incision were healing well, and there was no occurrence of pelvic inflammation. Conclusion Gauze packing in the uterine cavity is effective in stopping bleeding during Cesarean section.
