CO_2激光治疗喉乳头状瘤的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨显微喉镜下CO2激光治疗喉乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法:对36例喉乳头状瘤患者行显微喉镜下CO2激光切割法切除病变并气化法烧灼手术创面。结果:术后患者无并发症,通气及声嘶改善满意。术后随访6个月~5年,8例术后复发,复发率22.2%(8/36)。结论:喉乳突状瘤治疗以手术为主,复发率较高,显微喉镜下CO2激光切除喉乳头状瘤疗效确切。 Objective :To investigate the therapeutic effect of treatment of laryngeal papilloma with the carbon dioxide laser. Methods:24 patients with laryngeal papilloma accept surgical procedures with the carbon dioxide laser under the mi- croscope. Results:After the carbon dioxide laser surgery, there is no complications with the patients, and the symptom of hoarseness and obstruction of the patients improve. After 6 month to 5 yearsfollow- up, 8 patients recurrent, the recurrence rate is 22.2%. Conelusion:Surgicl management remains the mainstay of therapy for laryngeal papilloma and the recurrence rate is high. Treatment of laryngeal papilloma with the carbon dioxide laser is effective.
