摘要 采用Williamson合成方法,以N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(C4H11NO)、氯代十二烷(C12H25Cl)及固碱(KOH)为原料,环己烷为带水剂,合成了2-月桂氧基-N,N-二甲基乙胺(C16H35NO)。对影响醚化反应各因素:原料配比、反应温度、反应时间以及催化剂的种类进行了探讨。用气相色谱法分析了产物含量,并用FT-IR、GC-MS和元素分析表征了产物结构。实验结果表明最佳工艺条件为:n(C4H11NO)∶n(C12H25Cl)∶n(KOH)=1.7∶1.0∶0.6;醚化反应温度:100℃;醚化反应时间:6h;催化剂:PEG-400(5mol%KOH),在此条件下2-月桂氧基-N,N-二甲基乙胺收率可达84.4%。 2-Alkoxy-N,N-dimethylethylamines(C16H35NO)was prepared from N,N-dimethylethanolamine(C4H11NO),lauryl chloride(C12H25Cl)and potassium hydroxide(KOH)with water-carrying agent of cyclohexane.The various influencing factors of etherification,such as material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst species were discussed.The purity of 2-alkoxy-N,N-dimethylethylamines was analyzed by gas chromatography,its structure was characterized by FT-IR,GC-MS and elemental analysis.The results indicated that the suitable reaction conditions were as follows:n(C4H11NO)∶n(C12H25Cl)∶n(KOH)=1.7∶1.0∶0.6;etherification temperature was 100℃;etherification time was 6h;catalyst was PEG-400(5mol%KOH),under these conditions,the 2-alkoxy-N,N-dimethylethylamines yield was 84.4%
