摘要
建立了提升机恒减速制动系统的数学模型,介绍了模糊控制系统和模糊控制器的设计,并对制动过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,采用模糊控制策略能够实现速度的精确控制,减速过程响应快、超调量小,对负载变化不敏感。
The math model of constant deceleration hydraulic braking system of hoist is established,the fuzzy control system and design of fuzzy controller are introduced,then the process is also simulated.The result of simulation indicate that the erro of braking rate will be lagely minished,the response of speedd-own be very swift,and the over-decleration will be little by fuzzy control,it is also noti nsensitive to the load variety.
