摘要
为寻求合法性并获得竞争力,我国高等职业院校逐渐趋同,这对规范办学和提升效益产生了积极影响。但是,目前高等职业院校办学正呈现出过度趋同的非理性发展趋势,对高职的特色发展产生负面影响。应创造良好的制度环境,处理好合理趋同与特色发展的关系,促进高职院校理性发展。
Vocational colleges promote quality and efficiency of higher vocational education for legitimacy and competitiveness.However,random convergence appears that have negative effects.So it is argued that better institutional environment should be created to urge the rational development of individual vocational colleges.
