摘要
采用差示热天平获得造纸污泥和污水处理厂污泥的TG,DTG,DTA曲线,对污泥燃烧的物理化学过程进行了详细分析.差热曲线的计算分析表明,污泥热解反应是一个一级反应过程,据此获得了污泥的动力学参数———频率因子和活化能,最后得到污泥的热解动力学方程.
The TG,DTG and DTA curves of paper mill sludge and sewage sludge were derived from tests of differential thermal balance. The combustion process of sludge were three periods: water evaporation, devolatilization and char burnt. Detail analysis of physical and chemical processes of sludge combustion was conducted. There is slight influence of thermogravimetry in different heating velocity of the sludge. According to differential thermal analysis of the sludge, the parameters of pyrolytic kinetics of sludge were calculated to obtain the equation of pyrolytic kinetics of sludge. The pyrolytic reaction of sludge is a first order reaction.
