摘要
采用菌落计数法和中性粒细胞减少小鼠股部感染模型,分别测定了安普霉素及其与阿莫西林、氨苄西林联用对金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌的体内抗生素后效应(post antibiotic effect,PAE)。试验结果表明,安普霉素在体内对3种细菌均有较长的体内PAE,且随药物浓度的升高其PAE也相应的延长,呈明显的剂量依赖性。安普霉素与阿莫西林或氨苄西林联用对3种细菌的体内PAE呈现协同作用。
The post antibiotic effect(PAE) of apramycin and combined with amoxicillin or ampicillin against Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Escherichia coli in vivo,were studied by the method of colony counting and neutropenia associated with mouse thigh with bacterial infection model.The experimental results showed that,the PAE of apramycin were conspicuous against Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Escherichia coli in vivo,and were enhanced with the increasing concentration,showing strongly a concentration-dependent.Apramycin combined with amoxicillin or ampicillin had synergetic effect on the PAE of Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Escherichia coli in vivo.
