摘要
为探讨饮用水中有机提取物的生殖毒性,研究了某市自来水有机提取物对小鼠精子和血清睾酮含量的影响。结果表明:染毒(腹腔注射)后10天,有机提取物致使精子活力降低,畸形精子数增加;染毒后35天,精子活力、精子密度、血清睾酮含量均显著下降。说明该自来水有机提取物能通过血-睾屏障,干扰生精细胞正常发育。
To study the toxicity of organic extract from drinking water on the reproduction system,the effects of organic extract from drinking water on the sperms and the levels of serum testosterone in male mice were observed in the present study.The results showed that:at 10 th day after exposure(i.p.),the organic extract produced significant decrease in the activity of sperms and inerease in the amount of teratospermia;at 35 th day after exposure significant decrease in the activity and density of sperms and the leves of serum testosterone.It indicated that the organic extracts from drinking water could pass through the blood testicle barrier and induce abnormalities in spermatogenic cells.
