摘要
目的:研究肝气虚证的症状表现,确立治疗肝气虚证的方剂。方法:依据大量临床资料和经验,将中医学酸味药入肝补肝养肝的理论与化学酸碱中和理论相结合,推证肝气虚证应有的症状表现。并在张仲景治疗肝气虚证的组方原则指导下创立酸味补肝汤,验证于临床。结果:肝气虚证临床以口涩、口苦(或吐苦)、吐黄、烧心(碱性)等为主要表现,酸味补肝汤用于治疗肝气虚证,方证相合,疗效直接而显著。结论:肝气虚证是一种常见的临床表现形式,它与其他脏腑虚弱的表现形式不同,以酸补之是其基本治法。
Objective:To study the symptoms of liver-Qi deficiency syndrome and compose prescription to treat the disease.Methods:Based on a large number of clinical materials,the symptoms of liver-Qi deficiency syndrome were deducted by integrated theory of sour flavor entering the liver with chemical acid-base theory.Suanwei Bugan decoction was made to treat liver-Qi deficiency syndrome according to Zhang Zhong-jing's theory.Results:The main manifestations of liver-Qi deficiency syndrome were puchery taste,bitter taste(or spitting bitter),spitting yellow liquide,heart-burn(alkali) and so on.Suanwei Bugan decoction was a valid prescription to treat the disease.Conclusion:Liver-Qi deficiency syndrome is a common type in the clinic.The manifestations of the disease is different with those caused by other organs.Restoring vital Qi with sour drug is the basic treatment method.
