正压化学气相沉积工艺炭/炭复合材料飞机刹车盘制备

摘要 通常所称的化学气相沉积(CVD)工艺都是在真空状态下进行的(V-CVD)。正压化学气相沉积工艺(以下简称:A-CVD)的沉积过程是在高于一个大气压力下进行的,所需的设备造价相对于V-CVD更便宜且易于维护。采用A-CVD工艺制造的短纤维预制体炭/炭复合材料刹车盘经惯性台试验验证,其平均摩擦系数达到0.417(50次刹车试验结果),而且在室温自然条件下放置24h后,摩擦系数基本保持不变。 Normal chemical vapor deposition(CVD)process all be carried out in vacuum state(V-CVD).The process of atmosphere chemical vapor deposition process(A-CVD)is carried out in a pressure of exceeding atmospheric pressure.The equipment of A-CVD process needed is more cheaper and ease to maintenance compare to the V-CVD process.The dynamometer testing results of random fiber preform C/C composite brake discs,densified by A-CVD process,showed that the average friction coefficient reached 0.417(results of 50 stops)and the coefficient among the testing was steady including after leave it at room temperature condition 24 hours.
