含氯消毒剂灭活水中微小隐孢子虫卵囊的效果评价 被引量:2

INACTIVATION EFFICACY ASSESSMENT OF CRYPTOSPORIDIUM PARVUM OOCYSTS IN WATER BY CHLORINE-CONTAINING DISINFECTANT

摘要 目的评价含氯消毒剂灭活水中微小隐孢子虫卵囊的效果及其影响因素。方法采用荧光染色法和镜检方法,对水中直接加氯灭活微小隐孢子虫卵囊效果进行了实验室观察。结果在水中直接投入氯气使含有效氯达到3 mg/L,常温下作用120 min,对水中微小隐孢子虫卵囊平均灭活率为37.43%;水中加氯量达到60mg/L,作用30m in以上,平均杀灭率达到99.99%。随着水中有效氯增加、作用时间延长和水温升高,灭活效果提高。随着pH值和色度增加,灭活率下降。结论含氯消毒剂对水中微小隐孢子虫卵囊具有一定灭活效果,但所需浓度明显高于常规饮水消毒。 Objective To evaluate inactivation effects of Cryptosporidium parvum(C.parvum) oocysts in water by chlorine-containing disinfectant,and to observe the influence factors of disinfection effect.Methods Inactivation effects of C.parvum oocysts were assessed by fluorogenic vital dyes and microscope.Results When disinfection time was 120min under normal temperature condition,average inactivation rate was only 37.43% 3 mg/L of available chlorine,while the inactivation rate was 99.99% when exposed for 30 min with 60 mg/L available chlorine.With the increasing of available chlorine concentrations and temperature,inactivation rates was increased.The inactivation rate was increased while disinfection time extended under the same concentration.However,with increasing of pH value and color,inactivation rate was decreased.Conclusion Chlorine-containing disinfectant can inactivate C.parvum oocysts in water,but disinfection concentrations are significantly higher than that of conventional disinfection.
