摘要
综述了不同毒株小反刍兽疫病毒引起的临床症状和病理变化,其中宏观性损伤、微观性病变和病毒的组织分布方面均有特征性表现。推测小反刍兽疫病毒与麻疹病毒属其他成员的致病机理相似,并分析了小反刍兽疫研究中存在的问题和未来发展趋势。
Clinical symptoms and pathological changes caused by different strains of peste des petits ruminants virus（PPRV）were summarized.PPRV played a unique role in occurrence of macro-impairment,micro-pathological changes and virus distribution.It was proposed that the pathopoiesia mechanism of PPRV was similar to that of the other viruses of Morbillivirus.The problems relating to clinical application and research tendency in the future were also discussed.
