摘要
讨论了高强钢ＣＦ６２用于液氨球罐防止发生应力腐蚀的可行性，并对球罐焊缝及其热影响区产生应力腐蚀开裂的问题提出了解决的办法。对热喷涂涂层的防腐机理、力学性能、喷涂工艺进行了分析。
The feasibility was discussed of preventing stress corrosion of liquid ammonia spherical tanks of CF62 high strength steel and some solutions were proposed for the stress corrosion cracking occurring at the welding seams and heat affected zones,the corrosion resistant mechanism,mechanical performance,spraying coatings were analysed.
