摘要
目的:观察甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:将50例异位妊娠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组为甲氨蝶呤单次肌内注射50mg及米非司酮50mg口服,每日2次连用3天,对照组每日肌内注射甲氨蝶呤20mg连用5天。结果:50例患者中有9例保守治疗失败,保守治疗失败后行手术治疗,治疗组1例,对照组8例。治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率68%(P<0.05);两组治疗后血HCG降至正常时间、药物不良反应、患者输卵管通畅率等方面均有明显改善。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠有良好疗效。
Objective ：To observe the treatment efficacy of ectopic pregnancy with mifepristone combined with methotrexate. Methods：50 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was given single intramuscular injection of 50mg methotrexate in conjunction with 50 mg mifepristone twice a day for 3 d. The control group was given intramuscular injection of 20 mg methotrexate once a day for 5 d. Results：Among 50 cases, 9 cases failed in conservative treatment, then they accepted surgical treatment, 1 patient belonged to the treatment group, 8 cases were the control group. The total effective rate was 96% in treatment group and 68% in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,there was obvious improvement in the time of the serum HCG decreased to normal,side effects of drug and the tubal patency rate in the two groups. Conclusion：The effect of the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with mifepristone combined with methotrexate is better.
