摘要
研究发现水对塑料导爆管有渗透作用并对其传爆可靠性有重大影响。在40℃~100℃范围内,足够长时间的浸泡可引起水汽渗透导爆管而使其断爆。用重量法测定了塑料导爆管在不同温度下的吸湿率随时间的变化规律。研究指出,水浸泡塑料导爆管对其传爆可靠性的影响是由吸水量、温度、水汽分布状态的综合作用决定的。
It is discovered that water permeation has vital influerce on the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube. At temperature of 40℃~100℃ water immersion for enough timemay cause the quenching of explosion of nonel tube. The relationship between water absorptivityand water immersion time at different temperature was determined. It is concluded that the influence of water permeation on the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube depends chiefly onthe temperature, water absorptivity and water distribution in the tube.
