HRT对含麦秸废水两相厌氧处理中产酸相的影响

Effect of HRT on the Acidogenic Phase of Wheat Straw-containing Wastewater in the Two-phase Anaerobic Treatment

摘要 采用间歇试验的方法对不同HRT条件下,两相厌氧工艺处理含麦秸的低浓度废水的产酸相进行了研究。分别考察了HRT为3 h、4 h、6 h和8 h时,有麦秸反应器和无麦秸反应器中的pH、COD、氨氮、VFA的变化情况。试验结果表明:在四种HRT条件下,除第一周期外有麦秸反应器的出水pH始终要低于无麦秸反应器的出水pH,而有麦秸反应器的出水COD、VFA要始终高于无麦秸反应器的出水COD、VFA,且添加麦秸会明显增加反应器前三个周期的出水氨氮浓度。HRT为3 h、4 h、6 h和8 h的有麦秸反应器的第一周期出水COD浓度分别比进水COD浓度增加了1.34倍、1.04倍、1.18倍和0.96倍。在有麦秸反应器中,HRT为3 h、4 h和8 h之间的酸化率相差不大,而在无麦秸反应器中,HRT为4 h的酸化率要大于3 h、6 h、8 h的酸化率。HRT从3 h增加到8 h不会对有麦秸反应器的pH环境有太大的影响,也不会使有麦秸反应器的出水COD浓度得到明显的增加。 Using the intermittent testing methods,this research studies the acidogenic phase of the two-phase anaerobic process dealing with the low concentration of wheat straw-containing wastewater at different HRT conditions.With HRT at 3h,4h,6h and 8h,it investigates the change of COD,ammonia nitrogen and VFA respectively in the wheat straw-containing reactor and non-wheat straw-containing reactor.The result indicates that among the four HRT conditions,apart from the first cycle,the effluent pH of wheat straw-containing reactor is always lower than that of non-wheat straw-containing reactor,while COD,VFA in the effluent of wheat straw-containing reactor is always higher than those of non-wheat straw-containing reactor.The effluent ammonia concentration of reactor will be increased significantly by adding wheat straw in the first three cycles.When HRT is at 3h,4h,6h and 8h,the concentration of the effluent COD was 1.34 times,1.04 times,1.18 times and 0.96 times respectively higher than that of the influent COD in the first cycle with the wheat straw-containing reactor.There is not much difference in acidification rate among the HRT at 3h,4h and 8h in the wheat straw-containing reactor;however,the acidification rate of HRT at 4h is higher than that of HRT at 3h,6h and 8h in the non-wheat straw-containing reactor.The increase of HRT from 3h to 8h will neither have a great impact on the pH environment of the acidogenic phase in the wheat straw-containing reactor,nor increase the effluent COD concentration significantly in the wheat straw-containing reactor.
