摘要 以‘鑫福999’甜瓜5 d龄无菌苗的子叶、下胚轴、真叶为外植体,研究了添加6-BA、IAA和2,4-D的培养基对愈伤组织诱导、丛生芽的发生和丛生芽生根的影响。结果表明:诱导愈伤组织的最适外植体为子叶,由子叶诱导的愈伤组织生长速度最快、品质最好、数量最多,最适愈伤组织的诱导培养基为MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L。最适宜诱导丛生芽的外植体为子叶,最适丛生芽诱导培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,最适生根培养基为MS培养基。 In this experiment,we chose cotyledon,hypocotyl,leaf which excised from 5-day-old plant of muskmelon as explants,and researched MS medium containing different concentrations of 6-BA IAA and 2,4-D how to influence the regeneration of these explants.The results showed that the best callus inducted explant were cotyledon,and the callus grown rates were fastest,quality was the best,the number was the most high.The best callus induction mediums wereIAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L.The best buds inducted explant were cotyledon,that the best shoots induction medium for muskmelon was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L,and the best roots induction medium was MS.
