摘要
为了克服在钢轨气压焊点火或关火过程中造成的回火现象,提高焊接效率,通过工控机、PLC、A/D和D/A、质量流量控制器等组成控制系统,采用PLC专用程序编制软件编制控制程序,控制混合气体在小流量下点火,再平滑地升至焊接流量;在关火时,先成比例地降至关火流量,再关火;设置、自动柔性调节控制最佳的点火、焊接加热、关火过程中的气体流量和配比,实现点火和关火过程微爆鸣,克服了焊接过程容易发生"回火"故障所带来的安全性差等弊病,提高了作业效率。
In order to overcome back fire in the firing and turning off gas process,using industrial personal computer(IPC),PLC,A/D, D/A and MFC,programming special procedure,setting and controlling softly the flow and proportion of gas in the firing,welding heating and turning off gas process,these can make firing and turning off fire process keep microburst and quit the disadvantages e.g. poor security and inefficiency caused by back fire in welding process,improve operational efficiency.
