摘要
目的研究手掌上内脏反映区特异性皮肤改变点对肺脏疾病的诊断价值。方法选取156例肺脏内存在一个独立病灶的病人,检查其肺脏手反映区特异性皮肤改变点,主要包括疣状点、色素点、嵴纹消失点,为可见到数毫米大小的特异改变点,并与115例正常人进行对照。结果肺脏疾病病人手反映区皮肤特异性改变点出现阳性率为87.80%,正常人阳性率为24.30%,两组比较差异有极显著性(χ2=111.989,P<0.001),并且皮肤特异性改变点与病灶位置有关(χ2=100.127,P<0.001),而与病理性质无关。结论手反映区皮肤特异性改变点对肺脏疾病病灶的发现及定位有帮助。
Objective To investigate the value of specific skin changing points（SSCPs）of visceral reaction area on palm in the diagnosis of lung diseases.Methods This study consisted of 156 patients with a solitary lesion in lung and 115 healthy controls.The SSCPs of the lung on reaction area on palm,which included wart-form points,pigment points and ridge-disappearing points,were investigated and compared with the normal controls.Results The positive rate of SSCPs in the patients was87.80%,while that of the controls was 24.30%,the difference between the two groups was significant（χ^2=111.989,P〈0.001）.The SSCPs were associated with the location of the focus（χ^2=100.127,P〈0.001）,but not with the pathologic changes.Conclusion The SSCPs on palm is helpful for the detection and locating of pneumopathy.
