摘要
通过对信息化战争一体化油料保障现行体制分析,分析了大联勤体制改革的现状,提出区域性油料保障模式。研究了保障体制一体化、保障规模小型化、保障程序简约化和保障编组灵活化发展的一体化油料保障体制目标,提出了一体化油料保障系统框架设计的三种形式,论述了一体化油料保障组织体系和保障制度建设。
Through analyzing the current administrative system of integrated POL support operation in the event of information warfare,the paper analyzes the current status of the structural reform toward ＂general combined services＂ and proposes the regional POL support initiative;then it analyzes the objectives of the development of integrated POL support systems,such as integrated support system,smaller support scale,more streamlined support procedure and more agile support activity organization,studies the three options in the design of the system framework,and expounds in detail the construction of the organizational structure and administrative system of integrated POL support.
