摘要
探索冬虫夏草发酵蕨渣固态基质生产菌质多糖的条件,可为蕨渣的开发利用提供理论依据。以蕨渣为主要原料,采用正交试验设计法对生产菌质多糖的工艺条件(基质蕨渣比例、基质含水量和培养温度)进行了初步的优化。在本试验条件下,优化出冬虫夏草菌发酵生产蕨渣菌质多糖的最佳工艺条件为:蕨渣比例85%、基质含水量60%、培养温度22℃。研究结果将为蕨渣进一步的开发研究奠定基础。
The purpose of this study is to obtain optimal conditions of producing fungal substance polysaccharides for Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.)Sacc. in the solid medium mainly containing the residual of Pteridium aquilinum, and to provide theoretical foundation for the further use of this material from Pteridium aquilinum. Orthogonal test method was applied to optimize the main culture conditions including proportion of the residual compound in medium, water content in medium, and culture temperature. In this experimental condition, the optimal proportion of residual of Pteridium aquilinum in medium was 85 %, the optimal water content in medium was 60 %, and the optimal cultural temperature was 22 ℃. This is the first report of producing fungal substance polysaccharides of Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.)Sacc. with residual of Pteridium aquilinum in medium. The result has laid a pave for the further investigation of residual of Pteridium aquilinum.
