摘要
针对光伏并网逆变器首先提出了一种基于FPGA芯片的数字锁相控制方法;采用电流瞬时值反馈与电网电压前馈相结合的复合控制策略,以及固定载波频率的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)技术驱动光伏逆变器;最后研制了一台3 kW光伏并网逆变器样机,将光伏并网运行的整个控制系统全部集成于一个FPGA芯片内,使控制系统简单、可靠。并网运行实验表明,该FPGA控制系统能确保逆变器输出电流与电网电压同频、同相。
A digital phase-locked loop control method based on FPGA is proposed for photovoltaic grid-connected inverter.Furthermore,a compound control strategy,which combines the current instantaneous feedback control with feed-forward control of utility-grid voltage,and the SPWM technology based on constant carrier frequency is applied to drive the photovoltaic inverter.Finally,a 3 kW photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is developed and the whole control system is integrated into a FPGA chip to make the control system simple and reliable.The integrated operation experimental results show that the FPGA control system can keep the current’s frequency and phase synchronous to the grid voltage.
