摘要
目的探讨大蒜、枸椽酸和双氧水对口腔厌氧菌的杀菌机制。方法采用透射电镜,观察药物对核梭杆菌、牙龈卟啉菌和脆弱类杆菌的直接影响。结果观察到3种药物对各种细菌作用的超微结构改变不尽相同,药物在37℃作用15分钟后,可破坏细菌的胞壁结构,可见壁破裂、变薄或消失,胞浆变性,核糖体聚集成块状沉淀,或胞浆内容物溶解呈空泡变性等。结论观察药物对细菌的超微结构影响,可为研究口腔厌氧菌的生理。
Aim In order to investigate the bactericidal mechanism of garlic (G), hydrogen peroxide (H) and citric acid (C). Methods Their effects on the ultrastructure of porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), Bacteroides fragilis (Bf) and Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fu) were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Resuts After oral anaerobes were exposed to G, H and C at 37℃ for 15 minutes, the ultrastructure changes of anaerobes differed in degree. Their cell wall, membrane were ruptured, thinned or disappeared, and the cell plasma was degenerated, such as ribosome aggregation, enzyme precipitation or plasma solution etc. Conclusions This study observed the effects of G, H and C on the ultrastructure of oral anareobes and supplied bactericidal mechanisms of drug.
