摘要
当前公务员考核制度存在考核标准不科学、考核结果措施不得力等问题,创新公务员考核制度,科学制定考核标准,事关公务员队伍建设和行政效率。完善公务员考核激励机制,加强公务员考核监督,是树立政府良好形象、提高办事效率的当务之急。
In present civil servant evaluation system,we can find the following problems,such as unscientific exam standard,deficient exam result,etc.Evaluation system creation and scientific exam standard have influence on the construction of civil ser-vants and the efficiency of the government.It’s urgent to complete the evaluation and encouraging system,strengthen the supervi-sion of evaluation for the good image of the government and high efficiency of the government.
