摘要
氢致开裂HIC(含初期氢鼓泡,HB)有时被误认为是夹层,现行规程、标准有待商榷,对此问题提出了意见,以供同行探讨。
It is necessary to discuss the regular standards further,because of HIC（including initial HB） is mistaken for lamination sometimes.Some corresponding suggestions are provided.
