摘要
对国内６个厂家生产的８批甲硝唑片进行体外溶出度测定，以考察其质量。方法：采用小杯法和紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果：不同厂家的产品，溶出参数（Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ、ｍ）的差异具有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），同一厂家不同批号的溶出参数（Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ）差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：有必要对甲硝唑片进行溶出度检查以控制其质量。
OBJECTIVE:To determine in vitro dissolution of metronidazole tablets from six domestic plants(eight different batches).METHODS:Using small glass.method and UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The dissolution parameters( T 50 , T d , m )of metronidazole tablets were processed statistically.The results shoued that parameters( T 50 ,T d,m ) of these dissolution among the products from different manufactures have very significant difference( P < 0.01 ).The parameters( T 50 ,T d )of different batches from same factory have significant difference( P < 0.05 ).CONCLUSIONS:Therefore,it is necessary to set a dissolution test in the monograph of the tablets.
