摘要
针对一种给定的复杂空心铝合金型材(BL-φ76-1)进行平面分流组合模的设计。结合型材的特点设计了模具的分流孔、分流桥、焊合室、模芯、工作带、模孔、空刀的结构与尺寸。实践证明,模具设计合理,可以应用于实际生产。
A porthole compound die for a kind of given complex hollow aluminum alloy profile（BL-φ76-1）was designed. The structure and size of divergent hollows, divergent bridges, welding room, die core, bearing length, die hole, as well as clearance groove was designed according to the profile＇s characteristic. The results indicate that the design is reasonable, and can be used in production.
