摘要
针对南方丘陵山区农业机械化发展水平低的现状,运用环境分析法和计量模型,深入分析了自然环境、经济环境、人口环境、种植结构和技术环境等宏观因素对我国南方丘陵山区农机化发展的影响方向和大小,并对不同环节和作物机械化水平进行了比较。研究结果表明:除了播种机械化水平与宏观因素相关性不显著以外,耕地、灌溉、植保和收获机械化水平都与上述一个或多个因素显著相关。据此提出了该区域农机化发展的优先序和基础设施建设、技术研发及扶持政策等方面的发展对策。
In connection with the low level for agricultural mechanization in Chinese southern mountain and hill areas,the paper adopted the environment analysis method and metrology model to analyze how the macro-factors including natural conditions,economy conditions,population situation,plant construction and technology conditions affect the level of agricultural mechanization in these areas,and compared the present mechanization level of different plant links and crops.The analysis results showed that except for the sowing machinery level hasn’t positive correlation with the macro-factors,the machinery level of plowing,irrigating,plant-protecting and harvesting have positive correlation with the one or several macro-factors.The paper put forward the development priorities and strategy for agricultural mechanization including the infrastructure construction,the technology research and development,the promotion policies and so on in this area.
