摘要
利用CFD软件对某六孔喷油嘴内部燃油进行了流动计算,分析了喷油嘴内部燃油速度场及空穴的分布情况;以燃油流动的计算结果作为初始条件,进行了喷雾过程的数值模拟,并把计算结果与不使用初期破碎模型而得到的喷雾计算结果相比较。结果表明:喷油嘴内燃油流动模型为模拟燃烧室内的喷雾提供更准确的初始条件,更能较为真实地反映燃油的喷雾特性。
The fuel flow in a six orifices nozzle was calculated by CFD software,the velocity field and cavitation distribution were analysed in this paper.This calculation result was used as the boundary condition for following spray simulation.The spray simulation results were compared with another spray calculation results without a primary break model,and it shows that spray calculation result by according for the fuel flow inside the nozzle provided a more accurate intial condition for spray simulation and shows better agreement with experiment.
