摘要
系统管理理论是管理原理中的最基本、起统率作用的原理。本文从系统管理的基本原理入手,通过运用系统管理的理论、方法、观点对高校学生思想政治教育的目的、功能和价值进行系统分析,以促进高校学生思想政治教育工作的科学化、高效化,实现高校思想政治教育工作的方向性和有序性。
The theory of system management is the most fundamental principle,and it plays the role of commander in the management principles. In order to promote the scientificlization,high-efficiency and realize the direction,order of ideological and political education work of university,this essay analyzes the purpose,function and value of ideological and political education system of university students from the basic principles of system management and through the use of the theory,methods and views of system management.
