摘要 利用PIMS软件对某新建炼油厂总加工流程进行了模拟优化。该厂总加工流程采用渣油加氢脱硫(ARDS)+重油催化裂化(RFCC)+加氢裂化(HCU)的加工路线,根据ARDS,RFCC和HCU装置进料组合以及HCU工艺的不同,设计了3个方案并进行了对比。对比结果表明:方案1具有综合商品率、净现值和内部收益率较高,投资低的优势。 The general process flow of a new refinery is optimized in simulation with process industry modeling system(PIMS) software.There are atmospheric residue desulphurization(ARDS),residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) and hydrocracking unit(HCU) in the general one.Based on the difference in feed composition to ARDS, RFCC,HCU and specialty of the process of HCU,three of the design scheme have been made and intercompared. The results show that the scheme 1 has advantages of higher comprehensive commodity rate,net present value,internal earnings ratio and low investment.
