摘要
为了进一步缓解全球金融危机对我国经济的影响,在有效实施《反垄断法》的过程中,放松国内经营者集中规制具有时代和现实意义。文章认为,在后危机时代,我国政府应能动放松国内经营者集中规制,并采取相关的救济对策。
It has the contemporary and practical significance that the research on loosening regulation of concentration of undertakings in China in the coursing of the implementation of Chinese＂Anti-monopoly Law＂under global financial crisis.On the basis of outline of concentration of undertakings,the article analyses the realistic necessity and the feasibility of legislation,puts forward seven specific innovative initiatives in the enforcement of＂ Anti-monopoly Law＂,proposes four relief countermeasures at the same time.
