摘要
总结了当前蚕丝蛋白仿生矿化领域研究的热点内容,阐述了以不同形态(溶液、膜、粉末和纤维)存在的丝素蛋白基质对磷酸钙晶体生长的调控作用,介绍了蚕丝蛋白对磷酸钙晶体形态和结构的影响。
As a natural biomaterial, silk fibroin has outstanding mechanical properties, biocompatibility and biodegradation, which provides an important basis for exploiting this protein for tissue engineering applications. In this paper, biomineralization of calcium phosphate regulated by various forms silk fibroin (solution, film, powder and fiber) was reviewed, the effect of silk fibroin on the morphology and structure of calcium phosphate was analyzed. Thereout, the strategies in biomineralization of calcium phosphate was presumed.
