氯化钙浸种和水杨酸浇灌复配处理对水稻幼苗抗盐性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 用CaCl2浸种和水杨酸(SA)浇灌复合处理,研究CaCl2和SA对盐胁迫下水稻生长的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下,水稻植株叶绿素含量和还原性糖含量下降;MDA含量增加;水稻植株生长受抑制,严重时导致死亡。CaCl2浸种和外源SA浇灌复配处理能改善盐胁迫下水稻植株生长,提高叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b比值,提高还原性糖的含量,降低MDA的含量,提高水稻的耐盐能力。用CaCl2浸种和SA浇灌复合处理的效果比单一用CaCl2浸种或SA浇灌处理的效果更好。 With CaCl2 soaking and salicylic acid watering complex treatment, the papel researched the effects of CaC12 and SA on rice growth under salt stress impact. The results showed that: under the salt stress, chlorophyll content and sugar content of rice seedling decreased, MDA content increased.The growth of rice plant was inhibited, serious leading to death, SA watering combined with CaC12 soaking treatment could improve the growth of rice plants under salt stress, increase chlorophyll content and reducing sugar content and lower MDA content, increase the salt tolerance of rice. And salicylic acid watering combined treatment with CaCl: soaking had better effect than a single soaking or salicylic acid irrigation treatment.
