摘要 目的:探讨双探头SPECT仪质量控制中主要性能指标的可检测方法及意义。方法:用符合NEMA标准的自制99mTc点源、四象限铅栅模型和Jaszczak断层模型分别对仪器能峰、能量分辨率、CFOV固有积分均匀性、固有空间分辨率和固有线性、系统灵敏度和断层均匀性、分辨率等指标进行测试。结果:2007-06—2009-06所测得的质控结果均符合要求,仪器处于正常状态。结论:合理的质控方法可以有效保证仪器的正常运行,提供优质的图像。 Objective To investigate the testing methods for chief performances in quality control(QC)of dual-head SPECT.Methods With ^99mTc point source,bar phantom and Jaszczak phantom in accordance with the NEMA standard,performances testing was done as to energy peak position,energy resolution,CFOV intrinsic integral uniformity,intrinsic spatial resolution and linearity,system sensitivity,and ECT uniformity,resolution etc.Results All the QC results from June,2007 to June,2009 were acceptable.Conclusion Reasonable QC methods can keep the SPECT machine in good condition,and provide good image.
