摘要
目的总结中西医结合治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化患者的护理经验。方法对28例采用中西医结合治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)患者进行整体护理,内容包括饮食辩证施护,重视情志护理、基础护理和康复锻炼,加强呼吸道管理和照顾者技能培训等。并了解治疗前和出院后3个月患者压疮和摔倒发生情况。结果治疗前有2例患者发生摔倒、有4例发生压疮,经治疗和护理,出院后随访3个月,无1例发生摔倒、仅有1例发生压疮。结论对患者进行辨证施护、功能锻炼的同时辅以心理调适,对缓解患者症状,减少并发症发生具有积极的意义。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis managed with integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Nursing was conducted on 28 amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients managed with integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine by way of Chinese traditional diet care, emotional nursing, fundamental nursing, rehabilitation exercises, intensified care of air tract and skills training to caregivers. Result Before treatment, two patients fell to the ground and 4 developed bedsores, while no failing to the ground and only one case of bedsore happened for the 3 months follow-up after discharge. Conclusion Chinese traditional diet care, rehabilitation exercises and emotional care can alleviate symptoms and reduce the occurrence of complications.
