摘要
叙述了铁合金矿热电炉净化回收煤气的原理,详细介绍了水淬渣过滤处理工艺、辐流式沉淀池处理工艺、戈尔膜过滤处理工艺及传统斜板沉淀池处理工艺及其优缺点,通过实践比较得出,采用新型高效斜板沉淀处理工艺,能够缩短沉降时间或增大沉降面积,改进了水流控制。通过选用高效平稳的带式压滤机作为脱水设备,实现了煤气用水的闭路循环,既节约了水资源,又回收了污水中有用的锰泥,消除了水污染,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Stated the principle that purifies and reclaims gas of ferroalloys ore smelting electric arc furnace introduced the advantages and disadvantages that some processes dispose of sewage,these processes include water quenching slag filtration, radical sedimentation basin,Gore membrane filtration and traditional sloping plate settling tank.Through the practice comparison, a result was obtained that using the new type and high efficient sloping plate precipitation process can reduce the time of sedimentation or enlarge the area of sedimentation,improve the flow control.Using the efficient and stable band-type pressure filter as dewatering equipment can not only realize the closed circuit circulation of gas water,seeming,saving water resource, but also reclaim the useful manganese mud in sewage,eliminate water pollution;which has better economic and social benefits.
