摘要
农村在岗卫生技术人员成人大专学历教育,是安徽省加快农村卫生人才培养所采取的一种特殊而有效的形式,如何开展教学并保证其教学质量,备受社会各界的关注。鉴于培养对象的特殊性,我们组织力量针对农村在岗卫生技术人员的特点,通过加强教学管理,并积极开展教育教学改革,有效保证了教育教学质量。
The adult tertiary education for health professionals in the post in rural areas is a special and effective form of teaching that Anhui Province has taken to speed up rural health personnel training;how to carry out the teaching and ensure the quality of it having aroused much concern from all sections of society.Given the special nature of the cultivation objects;we have organized forces to strengthen teaching management and actively carry out educational reform according to the characteristics of rural health professionals in the post;guaranteeing education quality effectively.
