摘要
目的:探讨不同型号X线机在床边摄片中的应用,进一步认识CR在床边摄片中的优越性。方法:随机抽取2006～2007年12月间国产和进口X线机用增感屏/胶片常规摄片各100张,将其分为国产传统组和进口传统组。再随机抽取2008～2009年11日间国产和进口X线机用CR摄片各100张,分为国产CR组和进口CR组。由两位高年资诊断医生和一位主管技师采用双盲法集体评片。结果:常规摄片中国产传统组和进口传统组甲片率分别为11%和18%,国产CR组和进口CR组甲片率分别为30%和43%,经卡方分析组间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:进口X线机影像质量高于国产X线机,CR能提高床边摄片的甲片率,在床边摄片中有重要的应用价值。
Objective： The aim of this study was to explore the applications of different Xray machines at the bedside and to understand the superiority of CR tablet＇s in the bed perturbation better.Methods：Select 100 screen / film of conventional radiographies shot by domestic and 100 by imported Xray machine between 2006.12 to 2007.12 randomly,and then divided them into the domestic traditional group and the imported traditional group.Randomly select 100 CR radiography shot by domestic and 100 by imported Xray machine between November 2008 and November 2009,and then divided into the domestic and imported CR group.The result was interpreted by two senior doctors and a diagnostic technician who were doubleblinded.Results： The domestic traditional group＇s best piece rate is 11% and the imported traditional group＇s is 18%,the domestic CR group＇s best piece rate is 30% and the imported CR group＇s is 43%.It is different among these groups by chi square test （P≤0.01）.Conclusion：The imported Xray machine＇s image quality is higher than the domestic group.The computer Xray radiography （CR） could improve the best piece rate of bedside radiography and take an important part in application in the bedside film.
